MEET THE OWNER
Jake started in hospitality at age 15 in his hometown of Fortville. Jake attended Ball State but realized his passion was in a kitchen. After working under a renowned chef in Georgia, Jake relocated to Indy, working his way through the ranks to eventually become Regional Chef for Prime 47. It was always Jake's dream to own his own restaurant, and in 2015 that became reality with the opening of FoxGardin Kitchen & Ale.
